About us

Toma S.r.l. is a company in continuos evolution, which operates from 2001 in the machining industry, mainly as subcontractor for the Construction, Agricolture and Rail industry. Despite the year of foundation, the company has over 40 year of experience, thanks to the know-how gained from the previous business of Salvatore Toma (father of Antonio), which began in 1973. 

The headquarter is in Ruffano, a small town near Lecce, at km 2,4 of S.P. 274 road, that connects Taurisano and Miggiano. Here is the production plant, which is located in an industrial area of 18.000 square meters, 3.800 s.m. of which are covered.

The Company Vision is to become a key global partner for the supply of mechanical parts suitable to every Customers' need.

The Mission is based on the belief that the goal defined in the Vision is reached only through the continuos improvement (kaizen) of all the company resources and processes, establishing long term relations with Customers, too.

Thanks to important and targeted investments, the Company has been able to equip themselves with advanced and innovative technologies, and to implement a QMS - Quality Management System, certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. As a matter of fact, Toma S.r.l. believes that the Quality and the continuos improvement are the right directions to follow, especially in a complex market such as that of mechanical components.

Since April of 2016, the Company looks to the Automotive Industry, thanks to the ISO/TS system implementation.

The main core business values are the  flexibility, the reliability, the punctuality and the ability to satisfy the different needs of its Customers. Thanks to these values, the Company succeed to expand its business beyond the national borders.
