Technology Innovation is a distinctive strength of the Company's philosophy, which allows to maximize productivity, profitability and performances. Reliability and efficiency, as well as quality, speed and machining precision, represent the necessary requirements to all the machines, such as to other operating. The machinery is characterized by high performance that allow to produce with very short cycle times. This is distributed in the following areas:
- CUTTING : The cutting of raw materials are carried out through the use of automatic sawing-machines, characterized by high performance that allow to reduce production times.
- SANDBLASTING : This area is equipped with a rubber Tumblast machines "Tappeto Rampante®", that is made of an endless tumblast of rubber, with high resistance to wear; the work-pieces turn loosely inside the belt and they are shot blasted by the wheels positioned on the top part of the machine.
- TURNING : All turning operations are executed with high precision CNC machines on all types of steel, which allow to always guarantee the respect of dimensional tolerances required by the customer, with excellent results.
- MILLING : This area is equipped with vertical machining centers with movable column and fourth continuous axis that further production flexibility.
- WELDING : The welding area is equipped with pulsed arc welding machines and automatic positioners, which allow to meet the needs of customers in an accurate and precise way.
- GRINDING : This area is equipped with grinding machines for internal and external, and with/without centers, characterized by mass of different sizes, which allow to obtain high dimensional and geometric accuracy and to work on very hard materials such as hardened steels.
- WASHING : This area is equipped with ultrasonic parts Washing-machines with specific qualities and advanced technologies that ensure the functionality, reliability and durability even for the most complex mechanical parts. These machines are specifically designed for the Machining Industry, with continuous controls of the washing parameters.

TOMA S.r.l. has recently adopted and implemented a MES (Manufacturing Execution System), which is a system that arises between the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) and the machinery, aimed to manage and control the production processes, as well as to define and evaluate a series of KPIs (Key performance indicators). The data collected through the MES system allow to know in real-time the progress of the machining cycles and to get detailed graphs and reports, representative of all company resources (machines, operators, departments, etc.).
